As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the New York Knicks signed Ron Baker to a two-year 8.9 mln deal. The player had announced his deal to stay in New York in the first hours of free agency. Knicks used their room exception to keep him around.
The second year of the deal is a player option.
