As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, free agent guard Dion Waiters is finalizing a deal to stay with the Miami Heat. During freeagency Waiters had meetings with Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks but in theend he decided to stay in Miami.
