Warriors to hold Kevin Durant out for Game 3 too?

Kevin Durant missed Game 2 of the series against the Blazers with a calf strain.
There is a chance that Durant will miss also Game 3 now that the Warriors lead 2-0.

NBA source: Durant will miss tonight obviously, is day-to-day, and there is a chance the Warriors hold him out for Game 3, also.
