Harden became the first player in league history with multiple 50-point triple-double performances in a single season. He scored 53 points and added 16 rebounds and 17 assists in a win over the Knicks on New Year's Eve.
There now have been three 50-point triple-doubles this season (Russell Westbrook has the other one) after there were just six in the first 70 seasons of the NBA.
