Phoenix Suns assign Garret Siler to D-League

The Phoenix Suns have assigned rookie center Garret Siler to the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League, the club announced.
Undrafted out of Augusta State, the 6-11, 300-pound Siler has appeared in six games for the Suns this season, averaging 1.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in 5.8 minutes.
Siler was originally signed by the Suns on Sept. 27, 2010.
