Iowa: Re-acquired Marvin Phillips (6'7''-G/F-83, college: Claflin) and waived Denham Brown (6'6''-F-83, college: Connecticut) due to injury. Waived on March 4th due to injury, Phillips rejoined the team for their Monday defeat against Bakersfield where he logged 16 minutes and scored eight points while pulling down five rebounds. In 30 games this season, the Jacksonville, NC native is averaging 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds. Brown, the former University of Connecticut product and 2004 NCAA Champion joined Iowa earlier this month and appeared in seven games averaging 14.9 points and 4.6 rebounds. He began this season with Dakota before leaving in December after eight contests.



Austin: Waived DerMarr Johnson (6'9''-G-80, college: Cincinnati), who could not match his output of a season ago when he was an All-D-League Honorable Mention selection with the Toros. Joining Austin at the beginning of March, the NBA veteran appeared in eight games and averaged 7.8 points and 3.1 rebounds while shooting 33.3% from the field.



Erie: Re-acquired Oliver Lafayette (6'2''-G-84, college: Houston) and waived Clifford Clinkscales (6'1''-G-84, agency: Court Side, college: De Paul). Lafayette, the former Houston star who was excelling with Erie prior to missing significant time and subsequently being waived on March 11 due to an injury sustained in February, re-joins a Bayhawks squad currently 0.5 games behind Dakota for second in the Central Division. In 29 games, Lafayette is averaging 14.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists. Clinkscales, the former DePaul product out of Queens, NY, had been playing very well for stretches of the season for Erie, including a career-high 21 points against Sioux Falls on March 6. He averaged 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 42 games.



Tulsa: Re-Acquired former Notre Dame standout Ryan Humphrey (6'8''-F-79, agency: Priority Sports, college: Notre Dame) who was waived on March 8 due to personal reasons. Continuing his long-way back from a knee injury that forced him to miss all of the 2006-07 season, Humphrey has had a very good D-league campaign. The 6-8 forward is averaging 16.2 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists while shooting 50.0% from the field in 29 games.
