Emeka Okafor to play for Delaware 87ers

Former NBA second overall pick Emeka Okafor will play for the Philadelphia 76ers' NBA G League affiliate team, the Delaware 87ers, with hopes of signing with an NBA team over the next few months, per ESPN's Ian Begley.

Okafor, 35, hasn't appeared in an NBA regular season game since 2013. He has been waived by the Philadelphia 76ers today.
