Indian forward Amjyot Singh Gill has received an NBA G League contract which he will be signing shortly in order to be draft eligible, a source told Sportando.
Amjyot Singh Gill, a 6-foot-8 forward, was among the prospects who declared for the 2016 NBA G League Draft, but he went undrafted. Now, he has another opportunity to get picked by a G League franchise.
He participated with the Indian national team in the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup, averaging 13 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in three games.
The 2017 NBA G League Draft is scheduled for October 21st.
