Agent: Jay Wright to enter NBA G League Draft
The rookie out of Louisiana-Lafayette has signed an NBA G League contract
American rookie Jay Wright has signed an NBA G League contract and will be draft eligible, agent Jeremiah Haylett told Sportando.
Wright, a 6-foot-1 guard out of Louisiana-Lafayette, led his team in points (16.2), assists (3.9), and steals (2.0) per game in his senior year. He also won the Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year award and earned All-Conference Second Team honors.
The 2017 NBA G League Draft is scheduled for October 21st.
