The former Villanova playmaker was at the training camp with the Spurs on a two-year, partially guaranteed contract.
Per San Antonio Express News, After waiving the Villanova product earlier this month, Arcidiacono will head to Austin to play for the Spurs’ D-League team league sources tell the Express-News.
Arcidiacono, 22, originally signed a two-year deal with the Spurs, which was partially guaranteed, but with the depth at the point guard position, he was one of four players released as the roster was trimmed to 15.
