Delaware 87ers re-acquire Sean Kilpatrick
He already played in D-League last season
The Delaware 87ers today announced the team has re-acquired Sean Kilpatrick as a returning player. Kilpatrick will be active for tonight’s game against the Canton Charge.
The 6-foot-4, 220 pound guard played in 22 games for the 87ers during the 2014-15 NBA D-League season, where he averaged 16.1 points and 3.1 rebounds in 31.6 minutes. Kilpatrick shot 47.5 percent from the floor, 40.6 percent from beyond the arc and 87.3 percent from the free throw line with Delaware. Kilpatrick spent the summer with the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Summer League, and was with the New Orleans Pelicans during their training camp ahead of the 2015-16 NBA season.
In a related move, the 87ers have waived Damian Saunders.
