Tim Frazier wins MVP and Rookie of the Year awards for D-League
He played with the Maine Red Claws
Tim Frazier is living a hell of a season, that's a fact. Former Penn State guard earned an NBA spot with the Philadelphia 76ers and now with the Portland Trail Blazers and shined in his D-League experience with the Maine Red Claws. Frazier has been elected as 2015 D-League MVP and Rookie of The Year.
He averaged 16.1 points, 9.5 assists and 7.1 rebounds per game in D-League.
