Mad Ants Acquire Jordan Crawford

The Fort Wayne Mad Ants officially announce today that they have acquired former Atlantic-10 Player of the Year Jordan Crawford. Crawford, pending a physical, is scheduled to be in action with the team for their Saturday, March 14th match-up with the Delaware 87ers at the Coliseum.
Crawford spent his freshman year at Indiana University where he finished seventh among Big Ten freshman, averaging 9.7 points per game, helping IU to finish 25-8 and qualify for the NCAA Tournament. In his second year of collegiate basketball, Crawford led Xavier and the Atlantic-10 conference with his average of 20.5 points per game and by recording double figures in 31 straight games. Crawford would be named the 2010 Atlantic-10 Player of the Year and helped lead the Musketeers to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.
