Former NBA big man Robert Swift signs a deal in Spanish fifth division
He'll play with Circulo Gijon Baloncesto
Former Seattle Supersonics big man Robert Swift will play again. The big man has signed a deal with Spanish fifth division side Circulo Gijon Baloncesto, a team born in 2017 that plays in the regional league of Asturias. Swift hasn't played professionally since 2010-2011 when he spent the season with Tokyo Apache in Japan.
Swift has dealt with a lot of drug issues but now looks on the right path to fixing his life and his professional career. The deal will cover the rest of the season and also the next one.
