Estudiantes questions the validity of Lucas Nogueira signing with Fuenlabrada

Estudiantes says that Fuenlabrada lacks the legal validity to sign Nogueira

In an official statement, Spanish side Estudiantes contested the signing of Fuenlabrada with Brazilian big man Lucas Nogueira. In fact, Madrid based team stated that they still own ACB rights of Nogueira and Fuenlabrada hadn't the legal basis to sign the player.

Before moving to the NBA, Nogueira played for Estudiantes from 2009 since 2014.
