Real Madrid and Trey Thompkins working on an extension but other teams are eyeing the player

Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid and American power forward Trey Thompkins are working on a contract extension, a source told Sportando. The two sides are negotiating a new deal but on the player, there's also the interest of other teams. One of the teams which are following Thompkins is Anadolu Efes, a source told Sportando. Efes reached out to Thompkins and they already made a first offer, which is financially better than Real Madrid's first offer. There's at least another club which's eyeing Thompkins, a source with knowledge of the situation told Sportando. 

Thompkins averaged 9.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per game in Euroleague this season while shooting 42% from the three-point line.
