Barcelona agreed in principle to a deal with Kevin Pangos

Spanish side Barcelona is finalizing a deal with Zalgiris Kaunas' star Kevin Pangos, a source told Sportando. Pangos is expected to sign a two-year deal with Barcelona. Despite some interest from a couple of NBA teams, Pangos was strongly wanted by Barcelona, as we anticipated on Sportando a few weeks ago.

The point guard improved a lot during his time with Zalgiris under coach Jasikevicius. A former Gonzaga alum, Pangos averaged 12.6 points per game in Euroleague this season, shooting almost 48% from the three-point line.
