Valencia reportedly eyeing Mateusz Ponitka for the next season

According to Juan Carlos Villena of Las Provincias, Valencia is looking for an improvement in the backcourt and is evaluating the position of Polish swingman Mateusz Ponitka for the next season. The player, currently under contract with Tenerife, is averaging 14.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in ACB this season. 

In the 2015-2016 season, Ponitka was named Rising Star of Eurocup when he was playing with Stelmet Zielona Gora.
