ACB General Assembly approved new rules for the admission in the top Spanish division from next season.
The teams promoted in ACB has to pay not only €1.616.084 as “value of participation” and not anymore the €4.7M requested till last summer.
The Value of Participation can be paid in four years and will be given back if a team is relegated in second division.
The minimum budget for all the ACB teams will be €2 million.
Gipuzkoa and Club Baloncesto Miraflores will have till July 15 to meet the requirements to play in next ACB.
