Pau Gasol about finishing his career in Barcelona: I can’t completely rule it out but it is unlikely

Pau Gasol did not completely rule out the possibility to finish his career in Spain with Barcelona. But the big man said that this option is high unlikely.

Per CCMA.cat (via Hoopshype): Pau Gasol about finishing his career in Barcelona: “As long as I keep playing I can’t completely rule it out. But as I’ve always said when asked, with every year playing in the NBA it becomes less likely.”

Pau Gasol: “We’ll see what I do next summer because I have an option to sign a new contract or to extend my contract (with San Antonio). So we’ll see what happens, but my plan is to stay here and to keep enjoying the best basketball in the world.”
