Walter 'Edy' Tavares heading to Barcelona
He was waived by the Hawks
Big man Walter 'Edy' Tavares is close to sign a deal with Spanish powerhouse Barcelona, a source told Sportando. Tavares was just waived by the Hawks to make room for the signing of Ryan Kelly. Tavares has already played in Spain with Gran Canaria before going to the NBA.
