ACB Assembly ruled that Estudiantes will play in Liga Endesa next season.
There are 17 teams now after Gipuzkoa decided to start of Leb Gold.
The 18th spot has been offered to Palencia and Melilla. If one of the two teams meet the requirements asked by ACB, it can play in Spanish top division.
The final decision will be before July 29.
