Melilla and Palencia are out of next ACB season

Melilla and Palencia will not play in ACB next season despite conquering on the court the rights to participate in the top Spanish league.
Both teams withdrew from next ACB because they can’t fulfill now the economic-financial and sports requirements.
The two clubs asked ACB to keep their sports rights for the season 2017-2018.
Ourense has till midnight on Wednesday to apply to play in ACB next season.
If there are free spots, they will be offered to the teams which finished the ACB season in 17th and 18th position.
