Real Madrid reportedly made an offer to Victor Claver

Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid is very interested in Victor Claver for the next season and they've made a 2+1 offer to the player. Claver played a very good season in Russia with Lokomotiv Kuban but Real needs to pay a buyout to Valencia, who holds the rights to the Spanish forward in ACB.
