Joventut Badalona pays tribute to Demond Mallet

Demond Mallet who at age 38 continues to play at a high level was honored tonight by the club for which he won the 2008 ULEB Cup Championship with in FIATC Joventut. Mallet who has had a storied playing career in the Eurocup and Euroleague, winning two German Championships, one German Cup, one Belgium Championship, and the prestigious Spanish Kings Cup will decide whether to retire or play one more season this summer. Mallet has a contract to coach next season in Joventut. He scored 23 points with 4 assists in this season's final game tonight.
