Unicaja Malaga in talks with Gal Mekel
Mekel is currently a free-agent
According to David Pick, Israeli point-guard Gal Mekel is in talks with Unicaja Malaga. The Spanish team is looking for help at PG position because Markovic will miss several months due to an injury. Mekel started the season with Red Star Belgrade but then he was waived.
Malaga and Gal Mekel - released from Red Star - working on deal, source said.
