Bilbao head coach Sito Alonso says a team is interested in Shawn James

Bilbao head coach Sito Alonso confirmed that Shawn James is drawing interest from a team and this is affecting his performances on the court.

“We can’t hide that we have a problem with Shawn James. A club is interested in him and this affects his performances. He helped us to win a lot of games this season but what happened today is not normal. He is affected by this situation” Sito Alonso said. “The rumor became interest now. He would not have signed with us without that contract (he has an escape for around €20.000). He is a player that Bilbao cannot afford. The fans must know that. It is something similar to what happened with Latavious Williams. If he had been in good physical conditions he would not have signed with us” Sito Alonso added.

Olympiacos is the team interested in Shawn James.
