Xavi Rey offers himself to Unicaja Malaga with a month by month deal
The player is out for injury until december

Unicaja Malaga has completed the roster with the addition of Icelandic guard Jon Stefansson, but the free agency couldn't be terminated for the Spanish team, according to La Opinion de Malaga. In fact former Herbalife Gran Canaria center Xavi Rey contacted Malaga to offer himself signing a month by month contract.
Rey is out for injury until next december and still rejected offers from Tuenti Movil Estudiantes and Gipuzkoa, in order to recover himself in the best way and choose the best option available when will be able to play, but Unicaja can be the right solution for him. The team is thinking about this possibility.
Last season Rey played with Herbalife Gran Canaria and averaged 7.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, but ended the season in March.
