Joan Plaza hopes Zoran Dragic will remain with Unicaja for the season

Joan Plaza hopes that Zoran Dragic will remain with Unicaja Malaga for the season. The Slovenian combo guard landed in Spain on Saturday ready to start training camp with the Spanish/Euroleague team. Zoran Dragic has the option to leave for the NBA if he finds a contract before ACB starts.

“I spoke with Dragic two or three times. I hope he will stay with us for the entire season helping us to grow as a team. He knows he can be a better player remaining with Malaga” said Plaza to La Opinion de Malaga.
