Players of Bilbao Basket will go on strike from Monday

The players of Bilbao Basket announced that they will play during the weekend against Real Madrid but from Monday they will go on strike.

The Basque team was negotiating with a sponsor but the deal fell apart on Friday.

The player announced their decision in a press conference.

“We have been promised things that never happened” said the captain of the club Alex Mumbru.. “The media know more then us. The club disrespected us” added the player.
