Kostas Vasileiadis: 'Bilbao owe me €240.000'

Kostas Vasileiadis moved to Anadolu Efes Istanbul during the summer after three seasons in Bilbao. The Greek player said that Bilbao owes him €240.000 in an interview to Marca.

"They owe me six months of salaries, around €240.000. All my teammates have been in the same situation. Nobody called me from Bilbao to talk about money. We all have families and we all have monthly expenses. And six months without getting money is too much. I spoke with the lawyer in Spain to start a lawsuit. My agent wrote to the club several emails and they replied that they don't have money now and they will pay me when they find it. But nobody knows when. I can't say anything bad about people in Bilbao. They supported me a lot. But I've played there three seasons giving always everything on the court and playing even if injured. I expected a different treatment from the club. I have been waiting a phone call from June and we are in October. Nobody called me" said Vasileiadis.
