FC Barcelona will try to sign Kostas Papanikolaou

FC Barcelona was close to sign Vassilis Spanoulis but the two time Final Four MVP decided to re-sign with Olympiacos.

Lost Spanoulis, the Spanish powerhouse is trying to make an important signing in the summer and their next target is Kostas Papanikolaou, according to Gigantes.

The Greek forward has no escape for Europe and Barcelona must negotiate with Olympiacos for his buyout.

Papanikolaou's contract with Olympiacos expires next summer and Barcelona will try to do its best to bring the Greek star to Catulnya.
