Melbourne United sign Peter Hooley
The product of University of Albany spent his rookie season as a pro in England
Melbourne United is pleased to announce the signing of exciting young-gun Peter Hooley for the 2017-18 NBL season.
Hooley will replace Daniel Dillon who recently sustained an achilles injury that will see him sidelined for the next six to eight months.
At 193cm, the versatile young guard recently won the Atlas Challenge MVP in China when he toured with the Sydney Kings invitational squad last month.
Averaging 12.5 points and 4.6 rebounds a game for the University of Albany including delivering one of the most impressive fairy-tale finishes to a game that college basketball has ever seen, Hooley is looking forward to starting his NBL career in Melbourne.
