Perth captain Damian Martin re-signs
The player signed until at least 2016
Perth Wildcats Championship captain Damian Martin has agreed to a new deal, which will see him remain at the club until at least 2016.
Martin signed a two-year contract with a third year player option, which if chosen will see him representing Perth through to the 2016/17 NBL season.
The 29-year-old arrived at the Wildcats in 2009 and joins Jesse Wagstaff as re-signed Championship players ahead of the club’s title defence in 2014/15.
“I’m very excited and looking forward to the next few years. Winning a Championship with the club this year and winning one in 2010 have been my two biggest highlights in the NBL, and I’m hoping to add a few more Championships in the next three years, but it’s a privilege to be part of this club,” said Martin.
