The big man released with immediate effect
The Sydney Kings today announced that import centre Jeremy Tyler is being released from the remainder of his 2017-2018 National Basketball League contract.
The 211cm Tyler joined the Kings on the 8th November 2017 and brought with him a resumé which includes both NBA and CBA (Chinese Basketball Association) experience.
With eight games remaining in the Kings’ 2017-2018 NBL campaign a determination was made that the promotion and development of prospects at the centre and power forward positions would be most beneficial for the Kings’ future.
Simultaneously, Tyler's release allows him the freedom to explore future plans which are anticipated to include a summer program designed to enhance his future high-level ambitions.
