Patrick Baumann, head of FIBA, attacked Jordi Bertomeu, CEO of Euroleague, in an interview with Italian newspaper il Corriere della Sera. Baumann said that Euroleague needs to stop acting like they're the NBA:

"Bertomeu is fooling everyone," Baumann said. "He's increasing the number of the games in the last few years. Euroleague increased the number of the games, not FIBA. And Euroleague will keep increasing the number of the game also in the future because they want a tournament with 24 teams.
