    I don't disagree with you but It would be provocative if the fan was in front of him, swearing towards him and waving the flag at the same time....


    Just this act doesn't justify or gives credit to Mirotic for his Unprofessional Act....no matter how provocative you think the fan was by just waving it in front of him. He could just push it upwards, no tear down with mean....For that he has done an unsportmanship foul

    In my honest opinion, it is a provocative act to wave the flag like that and no side is more right than the other, meaning the person is as guilty.
