Latvia with the easy 100-68 win vs Montenegro to reach the 1/4 Finals
Porzingis and Timma lead the team to the challenge against Slovenia
No problems for Latvia, with the really easy win 100-68 against Montenegro. Thanks to the good start in the first 10 minutes the team of coach Bagatskis closed the game after the first half pause, dominating the challenge despite the efforts of Vucevic (16+9+4) and Dubljevic (21 points).
Timma leads the team to the victory with 21+5+6, helped by Porzingis (19+6) & Strelnieks (12 with 7 ast).
Latvia will play in the 1/4 Finals against the undefeated Slovenia.
