David Hawkins to sign in Italian Serie B with Pallacanestro Piacentina?

David Hawkins is close to returning to Italy.
The American has landed in Italy and is negotiating with Pallacanestro Piacentina of Serie B (third division).
Hawkins has played in Italy with Rieti, Roma, Milano and Siena before moving to Turkey (Besiktas and Galatasaray) before being suspended for doping.
His suspension expired last season.
