Italian side Derthona Basket has agreed to a deal with American power forward Justin Tuoyo, a source told Sportando. An official announcement is expected to arrive really soon. Tuoyo averaged 10.6 points and 4 rebounds per game in FIBA Europe Cup with Egis Kormend last season.
