NPC Rieti announced the deal with the 1996 Italian point guard Gianluca Della Rosa.
Member of the Under 19 Italian national team this summer, Della Rosa played last season with Bottegone in Serie B (7.9ppg and 2.9apg).
Rieti already announced during the last days the agreement for the permanence with the team of Roberto Feliciangeli and Nicolò Benedusi.
