Paffoni Omegna made an offer to Greg Whittington, a source told Sportando.
The former Georgetown product missed the last two seasons after being dismissed by the Hoyas in November 2013.
Whittington is playing for the Heat the Vegas Summer League averaging 13.2 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
The chances of Omegna to bring Whittington to Italy are not too high but Paffoni is trying to do its best to sign the power forward.
