Negotiations between Avellino and Mustafa Shakur fell apart

Mustafa Shakur won't play for Sidigas Avellino next season. The American PG didn't answer to the proposal made by the Italian before the deadline imposed by Avellino and the negotiations fell apart.
Avellino and Shakur had talks for weeks with the two parts who seemed more than one time close to finalize the deal.
Now Avellino, who lost Marques Green at point, is back on the market looking for a new PG to add to the roster. 
Shakur started last season with Pau-Orthez and then signed in Italy with AS Junior Casale.
