Virtus Bologna GM Faraoni: 'We hope to keep Koponen and Sanikidze'

Massimo Faraoni, GM of Virtus Bologna, talked today at Sportoday about the future of Petteri Koponen and Viktor Sanikidze, two players whose contract will expire at the end of the season.
"They like Bologna and they are happy to be here with us. It is too early to talk about their contract extension, we are focused on the championship right now. But we are also working to see if they have the purpose to stay with us also in the future" said Faraoni.

Koponen, whose right in the NBA are owned by Dallas Mavericks, is averaging 13.6ppg in Serie A while Viktor Sanikidze is scoring 13.2ppg and grabbing 10.6rpg.
