Mens Sana Siena reached a two-year agreement with Omar Thomas but the transfer of former Serie A MVP might failed due to his passport problems.
Thomas has played the entire season 2010-11 with Avellino as Bosman player due to a Slovenian false passaport he got from his agent.
Federal Court decided to act against the player who risks to be banned from competitions for two years and half. In the next ten days the Court will return the verdict.
