Virtus Roma, Ali Trore out 15 days

Lottomatica Roma’s France international center Ali Traore did not suffer a major knee injury in the club’s 79-74 defeat at Bennet Cantù on Sunday.
 
Traore has been diagnosed with a bone bruise in his left knee but did not sustain ligament damage.
 
Averaging almost eight points and four rebounds in Lega A for the Romans, Traore has been told to rest for two weeks before doing rehab.
 
He is expected back to return to the court in a month.
 
Traore, who was born in the Ivory Coast, played for France at the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey and will contend for a spot in Les Bleus’ EuroBasket 2011 squad.
