According to a report from La Prealpina, American forward James Webb III is unlikely to join Pallacanestro Cantù. A few weeks ago the player agreed on principle to a deal with the Italian team, as we reported, but now the deal seems unlikely to happen.

Cantù has been troubled in the last few days by the requests of former players to receive unpaid salaries from past season.
