Manuchar Markoishvili underwent knee surgery, out at least two months

Manuchar Markoishvili underwent knee surgery last Friday in Italy.
The procedure was successful but now the Georgian forward has to spend two months of rehabbing before hitting back the court.
Markoishvili had the surgery at the cartilage of his right knee cleaning it.

“I tried to avoid the surgery” Markoishvili told Il Resto del Carlino. “But if I wanted to return at my best, I had no other choice”.
