Italian club Reggio Emilia has offered former NBA guard Gary Neal a deal, according to Chema de Lucas.
The 33-year-old veteran, who had already played in Italy before he made the NBA jump, was the Liga ACB's top scorer this past season as he played for Tecnyconta Zaragoza.
