Pistoia Basket signs Kerron Johnson

American point guard Kerron Johnson is officially a new player of Italian side Pistoia Basket, the team announced in a press release. Johnson has signed a one-year deal. The point guard spent last season with Ludwigsburg in Germany, averaging 9.6 points and 4.1 assists per game.
